BAUX Pulp is a truly unique product, comprised of sustainably harvest Swedish trees, recycled water, Non-GMO wheat bran, potato starch, plant-derived wax and citrus fruit peels.
Inspired by origami, this ground breaking new material breas the mould and pushes us beyond what we thought was possible in terms of sustainability in acoustic products. The surface is nano-perforated using advanced laser techniques, to add excellent sound absorbing properties. Manufacturing requires zero chemicals, making Pulp the most sustainable acoustic product available today.
BAUX Acoustic Pulp is made out of sustainably harvested Swedish fir and pine trees. Recycled water. Non-GMO wheat bran. Potato starch. Plant-derived wax. Citrus fruit peels. Zero chemicals.
The dried surface is nano-perforated using an advanced laser technique for enhanced sound absorption.
Adding paint would have compromised BAUX's vision of creating a 100% bio-based product. Instead, with BAUX Acoustic Pulp, colour is achieved using percentages of wheat bran 5%. The final effect is an organic expression of character and colour, without any chemicals at all.
